A) If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our mirrors, return it to us undamaged in the original carton within 30 days*, and we will refund your money less a $25.00 re-stocking and handling charge.
B) If a customer receives one of our products damaged, please notify us by E-Mail: sales@glassandmirrors.com. The replacement product will be ordered instantly and shipment will be expedited at no additional charge. Please hold on to the damaged product and packaging until advised by Decorative Reflections of further action.
*Customer is liable for return shipping charges in this case.
